2. Refugee camp
A large, oblong, slowly rotating asteroid with several protruding modules. Moored in orbit is an ugly, asymmetric old transport vessel and a small military frigate. An oddly beautiful, ghostly halo has formed around the facility. Scans reveal it to consist of mostly human waste, probably vented from an overworked sewage system.

This old trading post has been commandeered by one of the premier governments in the system. It now serves as a camp for refugees fleeing the latest conflict in the asteroid belt. The place is a death trap, with no realistic option to support all the current inhabitants for more than a few days, and no possibility of transporting them elsewhere.
If the PCs do not somehow remedy the desperate situation here, the place will have degraded into murder, starvation and chaos should they ever return.
PBF Ontario
The aged frigate belongs to the governmental navy. It has a crew of 12, including the marines posted on the habitat.
Captain Arnaud is exhausted and anxious, knowing full well he has a horrible humanitarian crisis on his hands but unable to requisition resources to remedy the situation. He will implore private actors to assist with the evacuation (no recompense) and might be trigger happy if provoked.
Dock
Ships moor in orbit, passengers are transported by shuttle. The five stressed, desperate guards have to be bribed or coerced to let anyone in past the docking area, which consists of a large hall with a long row of airlocks.
Interior
The inner parts of the asteroid consists of several large spaces intended for trade and storage of cargo, cabins for crew and officials and a hotel. Everything is cramped with humans, living in squalid conditions. Everything stinks of waste, sweat and rot. The crowds are desperate, flocking to any visitors trying to coerce them in any conceivable way to take them away from here. Lone refugees, large families, people of all ages united only by poverty and desperation. Plain refusal to help might result in violence. Some are able to pay for supplies, if transport is not offered. Prices for food, water and medicine can be gouged several hundreds of percent without problem.
